TERMS AND POLICIES
I. General conditions
• “yokko.store” is an e-commerce website - for sale and delivery of the goods published in it, on behalf of YOKKO 33 EOOD.
• The publication of this site has the meaning of a public invitation for the conclusion of a commercial transaction for the purchase of items online by YOKKO 33 EOOD
• YOKKO 33 EOOD through “yokko.store” has the right to change the prices of the offered goods at its own discretion, without prior notice. The consumer is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of ordering the desired product.
• If an incorrect or wrong address, contact person and / or telephone number is indicated when submitting the application, YOKKO 33 EOOD through “yokko.store” is not bound by any obligation to fulfill the order.
• The contract with the Client is considered concluded after acceptance by YOKKO 33 EOOD through “yokko.store” of the purchase application filled in correctly by the Client in the order process.
• YOKKO 33 EOOD through “yokko.store” is obliged after receiving an application from the Client, to deliver the desired product or to inform the Client about others. circumstances concerning his application.
• YOKKO 33 EOOD is not responsible if the Client has indicated incorrect and / or incomplete data in an order placed at “yokko.store”.
• The information about sizes and correspondences published on the site should be interpreted as indicative. YOKKO 33 EOOD allows the existence of discrepancies between the declared and actual amounts, for which it is not responsible.
• All announced prices are in Bulgarian levs with VAT included.
II. Rights and obligations of the parties
1. YOKKO 33 EOOD undertakes:
• to confirm the availability of the ordered items or to refuse the order within 7 working days;
• ensures that all products are factory new (unused!) And sealed by the manufacturer.
2. The client undertakes:
• to indicate his / her full name, exact and valid telephone number, delivery address and e-mail address;
• to pay the price of the goods according to the conditions described in the information for delivery and payment of goods;
• to pay the delivery costs according to the conditions described in the information for delivery and payment of goods
• to provide access and opportunity to receive the goods.
The goods ordered for purchase shall be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, within the term provided in the information for delivery and payment of goods.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer or a third party signs the accompanying documents. Anyone who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods for delivery and is at the address specified by the customer is considered a third party. In case the Customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period YOKKO 33 EOOD is released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase. The customer can confirm his desire to receive the goods after the expiration of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the address, bearing all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts to run from the moment of confirmation.
The customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods ordered for purchase when it is delivered to him under one of the following conditions:
• the delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the one ordered for purchase by the Customer and this can be established through its ordinary inspection.
• the price that the Client has to pay does not correspond to the due price.
• in case of discrepancy between the ordered for purchase and the delivered goods, which could not be established at the time of delivery.
· In case of discrepancy between the ordered for purchase and the delivered goods, the Customer has the right to request replacement of the size or item appearing in his original order. In this case it is necessary to state your wish, in writing (by e-mail) or orally (by phone), within a period not longer than 30 days at yokkocontacts@gmail.com
The customer has the right within a period not exceeding 30 days, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to return the received items to the address Sofia, 33 James Boucher Str., YOKKO 33 EOOD refunds all amounts received by the consumer, except for delivery costs.
The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the customer
Return is allowed under the following conditions:
• the request for return of the goods is submitted in writing to the e-mail address indicated by YOKKO 33 EOOD, within a period not longer than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. The application must contain a personal bank account of the customer, to which the amount paid by the customer for the goods must be refunded;
• the goods are in good commercial condition, original packaging, with original labels, accompanied by the original documents issued by YOKKO 33 EOOD - invoice, receipt.
• according to the provisions of the CPA, YOKKO 33 EOOD refunds the amount paid to the customer within 14 days from the date on which the customer has exercised his right to return the goods.
YOKKO 33 EOOD reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer in case of violation of one or more conditions for return of goods.
Refund of amounts paid by cash on delivery.
When returning amounts paid by cash on delivery, it is necessary to have an identity between the person ordering the goods and the person returning the goods, regardless of who received it. It is the ordering and returning person who will receive back the money he paid by cash on delivery. If the client is a child, the money is returned to the account of the child or his legal representative - mother, father or guardian. For this purpose it is necessary to present a Birth Certificate or a Decision on the appointment of a guardian.
III. Personal data
YOKKO 33 Ltd. respects the privacy of its customers and guarantees the maximum protection of their personal data.
• YOKKO 33 EOOD through “yokko.store” takes due care for the protection of the personal data of the Client, which became known when filling in the electronic form for making an application for registration on the website and purchase. This obligation is waived if the Client has provided incorrect data.
• In compliance with the current legislation, the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, YOKKO 33 EOOD may use the personal data of the Client only for the purposes for which they are provided.
IV. Disclosure of information
• YOKKO 33 EOOD through "yokko.store" undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the Client to third parties - government agencies, companies, individuals and others, except in cases where:
- has received the explicit written consent of the Client;
- the information is requested by state bodies or officials, who according to the current legislation are authorized to request and collect such information;
• YOKKO 33 EOOD through "yokko.store" is obliged to provide the information by law.
V. Responsibility
• YOKKO 33 EOOD through yokko.store is not responsible for non-fulfillment of its obligations under this contract in the event of circumstances that YOKKO 33 EOOD through “yokko.store” did not foresee and was not obliged to foresee - incl., But not only, cases of force majeure, accidental events, problems in the global Internet network and in the provision of services beyond the control of YOKKO 33 EOOD through “yokko.store”.
